Nexus specialises in the sourcing of management talent, with a track record of finding exceptional individuals for companies ranging from FTSE listed, through SMEs, to dynamic start-up businesses.

Nexus takes pride in creating strong working partnerships with their clients and providing an efficient and professional service at all times.

Jon Donaldson
Director
Jon is a Co-Owner / Director of the Nexus Group and has over 15 years of Search & Selection experience and head-hunting at middle and senior management level. Following a successful career in industry with several large US Corporations, culminating in the role of Managing Director of European Operations at Riverwood International, he brings a wealth of business and people knowledge to the company. He loves interacting with clients and bringing his natural enthusiasm, flair and thirst for success to every assignment he undertakes.
James Walker
Director
James is a Co-Owner / Director of the Nexus Group, joining in 2001 and driving the company forward into new business sectors including international reach through the medium of his language skills ( 1st class Honours in German, French, Italian, English ). With a successful track record working for large European packaging companies, he concluded his corporate career in the role of Sales & Marketing Director, helping to leverage the sale of the business to a US conglomerate.
Kirsty Eastman
Client Services Manager
Kirsty brings her client services, administrative and professional service skills to all Nexus activities, managing the efficient functioning of the office to exceed our own and all our clients’ expectations. With a career built upon professional training within the financial services sector, she supports both clients and candidates in the common goal of matching the right person, skills and experience with the right company, role and culture – the mark of all successful recruitment projects.
Phil Weaver
Senior Consultant
Phil works as a senior Consultant within the business, supporting clients with recruitment initiatives in the field of Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Technology, IT and Technical roles. Having worked in general management for several UK and US companies, he has a detailed knowledge of start-up environments, SMEs and larger size more structured corporate frameworks – and understands the full range of resourcing strategies to bring value and efficiency to every project he works on.
